A waterfront condo lobby called out for architectural improvement before layering on the luxe decor. Paneled walls of pure white lacquer, a custom marble fireplace surround, sparkling crystal lighting and contemporary furnishings achieve a glamorous yet clean-lined style.
Versailles Gardens
For this upscale North Shore Long Island condominium, we worked around its existing dynamic terrazzo flooring and warm brick element to create a boutique environment complete with a sleek, shimmering fireplace. Custom woodwork, colorful abstract art and curated accessories embellish the fresh sense of style.
The Hunt Club
A stylish clubhouse makeover in Jericho, New York called for an updated look with durable furnishings and a flexible floorplan to provide the community with a functional common space that offers comfort, practicality and a fresh, new sense of style.
The Hamlet
A grand ballroom’s luster is restored in Plainview, New York with gleaming woodwork, a sparkling bar re-design, maintenance-free dancefloor, luxurious LED crystal sconce lighting, elegant drapery, custom carpeting and a blingy focal wall. Updates to cardrooms include granite-top card tables, light-control window treatment, custom carpet, paint and wall-covering.
Gramercy Park Pre-War
The common areas of this New York City Co-op, including a 7-story steel staircase integral to the building’s structure, were in desperate need of updating. While detail, character and craftsmanship found in a building that is over 100-years old is to be revered, finding ways to carefully restore it without completely stripping away the patina of time and quality — while also making conditions safe by today’s standards — was the task at hand.
Mikvah Bath
A sacred religious environment in Merrick, New York was envisioned, designed and created. Inspired by the timeless opulence of an exquisite golden mosaic wall mural, the overall project included three full bathrooms and a reception lobby.
